The land of Gelma flourishes with the coming seasons. But the danger is lurking. Half of the Land has already been brought to darkness, the other half is still fighting back. The Wizard that could save them all has lost some magic to the Dark Witch but he is determined that King Mroan will rule the whole Kingdom once more. A classic battle. Dark versus Light, this time though it's almost literally the Darkness taking on the Light. Night vs. Day. Most of the forest dwellers are still loyal to the King but the Dark Witch Karoona has already gotten a massive army together of revolting beasts. Will Gelma fall to her clutches?

Gender Female
Personality Shendenarah is a woman of many personalities. She, for one, is a very curious person. Being a witch, she is born to be curious anyway, but even so, she tends to want to know more useful things than most other witches. Whenever she doesn't know something, she will find it out, no matter what it takes; magic or no magic. But, usually, the things she doesn't know do not involve magic, for her family sent her to the best sorcerers, sorceresses, and witches for the reason that she would know very much on the subject of magic, and it all payed off. Her curiousity for magic is but a distant memory now. The same is with music. She has secretly had a love for music since she was but a little girl. She had told no one of this love, for she was afraid that her parents would take it as an insult to the family name, for witches tended not to take a liking to such a "useless" thing. But Shendenarah didn't find it useless. If anything, she found it one of the most useful things created, except for magic of course.
As for being curious and liking to know things, Shendenarah as well likes to practice her music and magic, sometimes combining these two things, creating a sound man had never heard before. She would often sing her music, but she also didn't mind playing the flute once and a while. She loved it's melodic sounds and gentle comforting no human nor witch could ever give to her. As for magic, she practiced that more often than anything. Magic.... It was in her blood and she could not just leave it to rot inside of her while she practiced other things that were very much useless. Though she did love music, she couldn't help but love magic so much better... It was... her. It was her passion and her reason of being.... She would simply be a nothing without magic. Magic... Completed her. Therefor, she practiced it often, perfecting it, knowing it, being it....
More than anything, though, Shendenarah was misunderstood. Many humans look at a witch and think of them as evil and not trustworthy. But Shendenarah was born from a family of witches who were against evil magic and thought it a waste of something as pure as it, but many don't believe her and her words of truth. But she didn't much mind. She knew who she was, and didn't really care what everyone else thought. But still.... She hated the looks she got... Looks from people that wanted her dead; ridden from the Earth like she was nothing... A nothing... The thing that confused people the most, though, was that she was mainly an Earth Witch. Her magic was for the good of the Earth, of nature. She would become one with nature when she used her magic... She would combine it with her and create such a sense of power that many people were quite afraid of it, but mainly confused by it. This made them come up with a silly thing as to say that she would kill them all by angering the god of Earth, and he would turn on them. But Shendenarah knew they were just making excuses for their confusion, and tryed her best to ignore them, as hard as it was...
Appearance Shendenarah does not look like many people imagine a witch to look like. Her face is like a normal woman's from where she came from; high cheek bones, broad-like face, long legs and arms, curly brown hair. Her high cheek bones give her more of an ancient Indian look, but her pale skin quickly devours that thought, as it is as pale as freshly fallen snow, or as some would compare it. Her face is broad, as is a family genetic, for all of her family have broad faces and slightly larger noses than most. Shendenarah's curly hair isn't really brown, but a sandy brown that she usually has put back in a bun on top of her head. She has eyes as green as Spring, with depth as deep as the ocean. Her long legs and arms indicate she is an excellent runner, which she is. When she was but a child she had to run all over the place, delivering messages for her sickly mother who had trouble walking, but was still determined to talk to all of her friends. So she would write a letter and give it to Shendenarah so that she could deliver it to its rightful owner. Sometimes Shendenarah had to travel to completely different cityships, which were usually mile after mile away, and she would have to run it to get home on time without her mother scolding her. Therefor giving her her long, muscular legs and arms, not to mention her naturally graceful and elegant movements.
Shendenarah's clothes are that of a renaissance woman. Her dress is usually a pink color, and it goes to her ankles, with a tie at her waist. It is a very... flowy dress gaping sleeves and lace around the edges of them and the very bottom of the gown. Many would think of this dress as annoying, especially when trying to write and your sleeve would get in your way constantly, but Shendenarah got used to it, for she has worn such a dress since she was a small child. But, when she is practicing her magic with nature, she would dress in flowing dress with painted-on leaves and flowers, not to mention nature scenes and some different paintings of animals. And she would ware a hat with this that had beautifully painted ducks going around it. She has always claimed that this outfit held ancient family magic that no one knows of anymore today, giving this outfit the ability to allow her to get even closer to nature while working her magic...
History Shendenarah was born in the small village of Mun [M-oo-n]. Many in this village were witches and warlocks or sorcerers and sorceressses, and actually, the only ones that weren't were the occasional tourists and the Reekal family, who lived in this magic-filled town to help them write a book about the differences between sorcerers and sorceresses and warlocks and witches. The witches and warlocks and sorcerers and sorceresses loved the idea, especially because the sorcerers and soceresses hated being mistaken as witches or warlocks, and witches and warlocks hated being called sorcerers or sorceresses. Anyway, the T'leema family had always been a witch/warlock family, and they were actually decendents of some of the first witches/warlocks to ever exsist. Her family was very proud of this, and was very stict on magic being the center of their lives, therefor giving Shendenarah such a strict love for her magic. Her blood line would allow nothing else to be of such a love as magic.
Shendenarah was born to Risa and Gabe T'leema, and had four sisters and four brothers. From oldest to youngest there were Hendrick; Pendenilla; Haya and Ayah [the twin girls]; Nooren; Tork, Andy, and Iris [the triplets, with Tork and Andy as guys and Iris as a girl]; and then there was Shendenarah, the youngest. Shendenarah was the youngest by twelve years, giving her parents plenty of time to save up the money to send her off to the best schools around, which they did. The only sibling that didn't hate her was Hendrick, the oldest. But the other siblings hated them both, because they had went to lesser schools, unlike Shendenarah and Hendrick, who had given their parents plenty of time to raise money to send them off to schools in which no one could get better grade in magic in. It is in one of these schools that Shendenarah adapted her love for music. The School of Hornten De Noven, sorcerer and musician.....
When she first arrived at the school, at age twelve, she had originally came because of Hornten De Noven's skills in magic. She had never thought twice about the music part of it all. And she hadn't thought about it until the second year of her being there. It all started when Hornten had to leave in the middle of a lesson for a moment, because a new student had arrived unexpectedly with his parents, and he had to greet them. So, Shendenarah was left in the large music room by herself. That's when she heard it. 'It' being a sound she had never heard before. A sound so sweet, melodic, majestic, meaningful that she didn't know what to make of it at first. Realizing it was coming from the music room, she followed this sound and creaked open the large, shut oak door. Inside was a girl much younger than her, perhaps five or six, playing on something long and complicated with many keys, and she was staring at a paper with odd designs such as a bunch of dots as if she could read all of it! As if she knew what it all meant in a rush of the memory! She knew in an instant that the girl was Hornten's daughter, which was why she was so good, so young. Oddly enough, though, the girl payed no attention to her, and stayed concentrated on the music she was making. 'Hello, Shendenarah. May I ask what you are doing?' the firm voice of Hornten said behind her, and she turned around with a jump. 'Y-Yes sir. S-sorry sir,' Shendenarah stuttered in the fright of it all, then gathered herself up and said more. 'I was wondering what that noise was. Do you think perhaps you could teach me to make that sound come from that... thing? I really would love it!' And so Hornten taught her. And so became one of her favorite things in the world to do.
After schooling with many, many schools, Shendenairah learned about all she possibly could, and she remembered it all. It came to be that she practiced her magic every day and night, and would always squeeze in time for music, always keeping one thing in her mind, "Luck is but a figment of the mind. Strategy is the act of it."

Wow, very nice so far. xD Had to say something, and Strathorn will be very happy to have another magical person on their side. xD I'm sure he'll have much to teach her. ^^ -waits- ........... -patiently-
